I'm very impressed with the quality of these resistance bands. Like everyone else I'm having to exercise from home now and I wanted to get something that would help with strength training, but I didn't have the space (or money!) for a big piece of equipment. These bands are perfect. Each band offers a different level of resistance, with the strongest band offering significant resistance. There are some exercises that I can't do with the strongest band yet, so it's great to know that I can work up to it. I got the green/pink/purple... such cute colors! If you want a better home workout, then you should definitely get these bands.

I love this set of booty bands. The colors are girly and I enjoy taking them to the gym because they are so stylish.
I love that the set comes with a variety of sizes for different types of work. The bands are well made and I can tell they will last me a very long time. Unlike some booty bands, the material is very strong and sturdy.

CCI have used different brands of resistance bands, but these are going to be a top rated band that ive used. I love the quality of the bands and how they are made. It comes with labels of how much resistance they are as well as a bag to hold them! I love these bands and I think for what you pay they are definitely worth it! You cant go wrong with these bands. They will get your legs working!
