    These are wonderful workout bands! They don't slip or roll as you move like some of the thinner latex bands. My only issue is that they don't stretch much. You can't wrap them around an object to do a chest press or similar exercises. They're perfect for squats, hip thrusters and tri pulls. I haven't used them for long but I'm sure there are other exercises perfect for these.

    Just got these today and they’re so much better than rubber exercise bands I was using. They’re definitely a hard workout though and have a lot less stretch than rubber bands - Im weak af so the beginner and medium bands are best for me (from what I can tell so far, like I said earlier I’ve only had them for today lol) but they seem super durable and don’t slip at all which was the main issue I had with the rubber exercise bands. Seems like a good company too. They included notes about refunds if theres any issues or if you’re not happy w the product. Overall happy with these

    My trainer recommended that I purchase this set to work on my lower body. This set comes with three different levels. Depending upon your fitness level, I would recommend that you use the lighter level first. As your fitness level improves, you can use the stronger/heavier band. The set comes with a card that shows various exercises and routines. It's not easy, but you can get a full lower body workout with these bands.
