Bought very recently. At first I thought it was too small despite following measurements and instructions. My first attempt to wear this belt almost failed because I have a weaker arm from an injury so I aborted the mission. Then a few days later I tried again ( I wasn’t ready to give up yet) and with patience and persistence while laying on the bed I was able to snap the belt on. It has those eyelet hooks that are tricky to grab onto but once you get the hang of it you’re fine. You wouldn’t want to choose a size too big because it defeated the purpose of the belt either. Material is soft but sturdy and it stretches. Does not make me itch and doesn’t roll. I still haven’t figured out what the ribbon loops are for or which side is up. Tee hee ! Will return in a few weeks with update on cinching results.
