You can definitely feel it working the muscles! 9 different intensity setting and rechargeable! Also has different settings for shoulder, abdomen, upper arm, forearm, back and I could be forgetting some. Came with the abdomen one and the 2 arm ones the charger and extra sticky pads. Definitely worth the money.

Love it!!!! The fact that you charge it and does not use disposable batteries is a +++++ for me, very strong stimulation, you can definitely feel your muscles contracting. I would suggest to use a waist trimmer on top to hold it tight if you plan to be walking around the house while you use it.

My husband and I have been wearing this for a few days now and we can really feel the muscles twitching when we have this on.
