Waist Training FITTING Check List

  • Trainer should be able to close on 1st row upon initial wear (the loosest row)

 

  • Trainer will feel "uncomfortable" upon initial wear so take it slow with upping your waist training wear time

 

  • Trainer should be firm and tight but not cause "pain"

 

  • Your trainer will feel more and more comfortable with each use until you feel the need to move to the next (smaller) row.

 

  • Know your measurements! We have included a size chart below.
