Waist Training FITTING Check List

Trainer should be able to close on 1st row upon initial wear (the loosest row)

Trainer will feel "uncomfortable" upon initial wear so take it slow with upping your waist training wear time

Trainer should be firm and tight but not cause "pain"
-
Your trainer will feel more and more comfortable with each use until you feel the need to move to the next (smaller) row.

Know your measurements! We have included a size chart below.
