Ok, I’m 5’2 and when I bought this waist trainer I was 134 lbs. The last time I measured my waist I was 34in. Going by the size chart I should have gotten a 4XL.....I didn’t I got a Large instead. It was a slight struggle getting zipped but it was possible! I bought this July 22nd and my natural waist is more “cinched” even when I don’t wear it and I weigh 127 lbs. It’s easier to zip up, more comfortable to wear, helps with posture, and reduces my back pain. I wear it 5 days a week at work for 8+ hours. I’m a blackjack dealer so I’m standing for those hours and then wear it to the gym afterwards. I pair it with cellulite hot cream as well - put it on in the morning and reapply before I start my workout.

Hey guys! I love this waist trainer. I bought an XXL after hours of contemplation due to the reviews .Very high quality I must say. Took way longer to arrive even after I payed for quicker shipping but it’s whatever. The only measurement I know is that I wear a 13 in jeans because I’m kinda thick but yeah this fits great! I’ll be back to review again after 1 month of wearing it. Btw I went 2 sizes up, normally a medium-large in shirts

I have been through several types of waist trainers and have always wound up with something that only fit short women. FINALLY!!!! This is the first waist shaper that actually fits my longer torso (fupa included).I have only been wearing it for a week and I already see results. I am completely satisfied. It is surprisingly comfortable as compared to others that I have tried
