I was really reluctant to try this, but I figured, "Hey! What have I got to lose except maybe a little belly fat"! Surprisingly enough I tried it and I honestly did lose some of my stubborn belly fat! I found that if you apply it well then wrap it with your plastic wrap, use your waist trainer or corset throughout the day, (not just 10-30 minutes), it really does work! I have lost 2 inches off of my belly in 3 1/2 weeks!

The smell is similar to icy hot, but not something that bothers me. I didnt expect it to smell good. The tingly feeling is not overwhelming, but you do get chilly after applying it. I applied it to my stomach and sides right after a shower. Then tightly wraped saran wrap around it. After about 5hrs I saw slightly noticable results in my before and after photos. For just one day of use, I am very impressed. The pictures were taken in the same lighting so im not sure why my skin color is so different in them.
