I've been using this for a few weeks now, and it has made a noticeable difference. (My husband even mentioned that he's noticed the change.) I'm 43 years old, and this is the first summer ever that I've been able to wear a swimsuit in public without being completely self-conscious of my bumpy legs the entire time... and I only just started using it! This small facia blaster feels pretty good on my body. Have been using for a few minutes each day in my shower. I can't say that I have lost any inches yet; however, I do think my skin looks a bit more taunt. It definitely gets the blood flowing in the areas I use it. I have not had any bruising..I use it in the shower after soaping the area well. Then blast away. It fits my arthritic hands well and like I said feels good on my skin. My skin gets red and feels really warm after a session. It seems to help with muscle soreness. I will have to give another review sometime later as to how effective it is.

I'm 46 and beginning to see that cellulite creeping up on me... So I started reading up on these, and had to try this! It seems as this is the perfect balance to get the job done effectively, without being painful. Love the handle, and shape!
