I love, love, looove!!! My Hoplynn waist trimmer!!! This is actually my second one i purchased and let me tell you it works. I started my weightloss journey in oct23. I bought an XL because my waist was a 36in. Now after using my Hoplynn EVERYDAY (while cleaning and exercising) my waist has gotten smaller, down to a 32in 😃. So I'm currently using a Large now. And I'm ready for a Medium. I love that that it has three levels of tightness so if u first get it and the first clips dont fit u can always start at the last clips and move your way up. It's tight but so comfortable. And i LOVE that it has that extra strap of velcro (which has a good grip) to make my tummy area more tight. I just LOVE this product! Couldn't be any happier!!

Im 5'4" 205 lbs . an xl fits great. Light weight with a firm hold. The arms holes arent snug like most vests ive gotten in the past. I love the mixture of the sauna affect with the 3 prong waist trainer. The velcro waist band gives you that extra support. I Did some house cleaning and organizing today, was just as soaked as if i did full High interval training today. No icky feeling and the moisture stays put. I literally couldnt tell i was as wet as i was. Its got me excited about tomorrows gym workout. Definately try it. Its worth it.
